Overview At Prism Juniper, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.

Return Window You have 5 days from the date of delivery to request a return. After 5 days, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition as received
  • In the original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and tags intact
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice)

The following are not eligible for return:

  • Products with physical damage caused after delivery
  • Items missing original packaging or accessories
  • Products that have been used, installed, or tampered with

Refund Process Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Exchanges We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon delivery. If you need an exchange, contact us within 5 days of delivery.
